Description

This kit contains a TS27R tool setting probe with a 12.7 mm disc stylus and a HSI interface unit. The TS27R is a compact 3D touch-trigger tool setter with hard-wired signal transmission used for broken tool detection and rapid measurement of tool length and diameter on a wide range of tools. The HSI interface conveys and processes the probe signal from the TS27R to the machine tool controller.

The HSI features an ‘inhibit’ mode allowing the probe to be switched off when not in use.
