Description

The RESOLUTE encoder readhead is a true-absolute fine-pitch optical encoder system with excellent metrology performance. RL32BBT050B30A has a 3 m cable terminated by a 9-way D-type connector.

RL32BBT050B30A is configured for a linear encoder system that uses Renishaw RTLA30 scale, mounted with either self-adhesive backing tape (RTLA30-S) or FASTRACK™ carrier (RTLA30).

This readhead uses BiSS C® (unidirectional) serial communications.

RL32BBT050B30A Key Features / Benefits:

  • RL32BBT050B30A is suitable for RTLA30 scale lengths up to 21 m and is IP64 sealed for high reliability in harsh environments
  • RL32BBT050B30A, when used with RTLA30 scale, is compatible with FASTRACK carrier system for low hysteresis applications and installations that require regular disassembly (contact your local Renishaw representative)
  • RL32BBT050B30A features <10 nm RMS jitter for improved positional stability and excellent motion control
