Description

The vertical stage delivers controlled height adjustment of the XM-60 receiver, with a travel range of ±4.25 mm, by rotation of the orange collar. This simplifies alignment of the XM-60 multi-axis calibrator, especially in applications without a CNC-controlled vertical axis, such as high precision stages. The vertical stage pairs with the horizontal stage when both horizontal and vertical adjustment are needed. It is also compatible with Renishaw’s XM-600 multi-axis calibrator and XL-80 laser interferometer optics.
