Description

The MCR20 module changing rack is designed to securely store up to six TP20 probe modules for automatic changing, and to protect them from airborne contaminants. The MCR20 is easily mounted onto any CMM. Setting the MCR20 rack alignment and probe module changing co-ordinates requires minimal effort.

The medium force probe module is identified by a grey cap. This probe module is designed for applications where a higher trigger force than standard is required.

The recommended stylus limits for the medium force probe module are:

• Any stylus type up to 60 mm long

• Star and cranked styli up to 20 mm offset

The low force probe module is identified by a green cap. This probe module is designed for applications that require a low trigger force to measure workpiece deflection.

The recommended stylus limits for the low force probe module are:

• Steel and carbide styli up to 30 mm long

• No star or cranked styli
